The cartoons used within our policy awareness training centre interlink with recognisable characters that have specific backgrounds, personalities and relationships. You can use either the stock personas we have created, or we can help you to create your own.

Take a look at our policy awareness training demonstration and you will see what we mean. By clicking on each characters face you can find out more about them, their backgrounds, and get an insight into their individual views of the world.

Glossary of terms

Promote synergy across your organisation with standard terminology

Every company - without exception - uses different terminology for the same things across different departments. Although you can't be expected to change this overnight, by having a single point of reference for your business terminology, a centralised glossary will go a long way to help. As you can see in our demonstration policy awareness training centre, we have populated our glossary with many technical IT terms. We can also include your own specific business terminology in this glossary which will help to encourage the use of a standard language throughout your organisation
