Background

I am an experienced Senior Manager with an impressive track record of successful delivery in many different sectors and business situations. I am an exceptional project manager and my experience covers Quality Management Systems, Change Management, Budgetary control, Risk and Intangibles Measurement. My career includes nineteen years within the banking industry, personally responsible for projects up to £50m and I have also spent many years as a Manager in both IT and Business roles successfully managing a wide and diverse range of projects

More recently I have been responsible for defining and developing IT policies, procedures and controls necessary to attain Sarbanes Oxley compliance. I hold a BA degree (Distinction) Information Technology + Management and a BA degree (Open University) French Language. I am also a technical author and I have had many articles published in the press, namely Unisys magazine, Nationwide News, Software Excellence magazine, Quality Forum, People Management, Strategic Review, CBI magazine, Modern English Digest, FT, Observer, Guardian, and I am invited to speak on my experience at various conferences

I am passionate about developing and motivating people and I am a fully trained Facilitator and Corporate / Executive coach. One of my key strengths is the ability to work with both low level detail and high level strategy simultaneously
